Relax Stoves for Workshop, Greenhouse & Industrial Units

TIPS ON INSTALLING THE RELAX RANGE

For maximum performance we recommend at least 3 metres of flue.

Always try to go vertically upwards from the stove, and keep the flue pipe within the building for as long as possible.

Where the flue pipe passes through the roof, use a Malleable Flashing with its associated storm collar and with a wooden roof the hole should be cut back to at least the widest point of the cone on the flashing.

Finish off the top of the flue pipe with a Rain Top to prevent water running inside the pipe.

If your flue pipe finishes where you expect a down draught to occur use a Swivel Cowl.

If you are unable to go straight upwards, and have to pass through a wall, try to use 45-degree bends in preference to 90-degree bends.

Never run the flue horizontally.
