About Us
Based in the High Street of the market town
of Uttoxeter, THE HOT SPOT has one of the largest displays
of stoves and cookers in the Midlands.
In our large showrooms, you will find an "Aladdin's
cave" with almost a hundred fires, stoves and cookers,
and our working fireplace displays run on a variety of fuels.
You can also choose from an extensive selection of fire surrounds,
fire grates, frets and fireside accessories.
The showroom is supported by a comprehensive
stock of stoves, flue pipe and replacement parts for stoves
and cookers. Our experienced staff will advise on all your
heating and installation requirement.
Our History
Mr Anthony Charles started the Hot Spot in
1978, and it was incorporated in March 2000, before which
he ran it as a sole trader.
Mr. Charles retired a while ago, and Howard & Dit McCallum now own and
manage the company. Mr. & Mrs. Buck, who had run the Business for some
years retired last year.
The Company operates from a large showroom
with car parking and warehousing in High Street, Uttoxeter,
Staffordshire.
The company has forged a strong reputation
in the Stove retail industry over the last 27 years and has
been a specialist importer of Workshop Stoves for many years.
