This site is checked 4 times each year and currently complies.
You may chose hyour items from the menu on the left -either stoves, where yopu can add relevant options during the process, or you can simply buy Flue on its own also from the menu on the left.

Printable Order Form
When you have finished adding to your Basket, click on
'Printable Order Form'. Please sign and post your order
- with payment by cheque payable to 'The Hot Spot'
- and, once received, we will contact you to acknowledge
your Order, confirm delivery our schedule and progress
the Order as soon as possible.
Email Orders
If you wish, on completion of your Order, send it in to
us at The Hot Spot by Email. Once we receive your Order
we will contact you to take your credit card details.
Quoataion System
Some products do not display prices. In this case, please use our quotation system, building up your basket in the normal manner. No prices will be shown for either the products nor the delivery cost. When you have chosen your deisired products, simply click on the Request Quotation button and we will send your Quotation by email.
Delivery
We arrange delivery as soon as your order and payment
(by cheque or credit card) have been processed. For
items in stock, we aim to deliver
within 5 working days. For items we need to order
from the manufacturers or have delivered to our customer
via the manufacturers, delivery is normally within
30 days.
Carriage
Your items will be shipped in the most appropriate manner
relative to the goods. Larger items may be shipped
on a pallet and please base in mind that some items
will be heavy. Carriage charges are clearly shown before
you print or email your Order Form.
If you are unable to find the items you need, or if
you have any queries whatsoever, please do not hesitate
to contact us.
Returns
If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery, please
telephone us within 2 days. Do NOT sign for goods that
are damaged without first making it clear on the delivery
form.
We will replace, repair or make a full
refund upon inspection of the goods. The goods must be
returned within 7 days
through a traceable source, as The Hot Spot cannot
be held responsible for goods lost in transit. If you
wish
to return goods for any other reason, you must notify
us in writing within 5 days of receiving the goods.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging,
unused
and undamaged.
The goods must be returned by post within 10 days using
a traceable source as The Hot Spot cannot be held responsible
for goods lost in transit. Upon receipt of the goods
(being in a resalable condition) we will arrange for
a refund to be made, excluding postage.
Some larger items also carry a manufacturer’s
warranty.
Re-Stocking Charges
Whereas we will not normally levy a re-stocking charge,
this will be necessary where we have had to order in
a special item for you. The charge will need to reflect
the costs imposed on us.
Privacy Policy
The Hot Spot need to collect information to process
and complete your order. Any information collected
by us will not be disclosed to third parties, except
for delivery purposes.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
