In the unlikely event that you’re not 100% satisfied with your online purchase we are here to help.

Amendments and Cancellation:

Should you make an error whilst ordering online please do contact us by phone immediately. If you notify us of any amendments or cancellations you need to make immediately and within working hours we will do our best to amend/cancel your order and issue a full refund if required. Should you place an order outside working hours and need to make amendments or cancellations please email us with the details and we will endeavour to process any changes during our next working day. Should you notify us of any changes/cancellations after we have placed the order with our suppliers we reserve the right to deduct any shipping costs or other associated costs from your refund.


If you need to return your purchase we offer a 14-day refund policy. This will give you 14 working days return any unwanted items to us for a refund. Here’s how it works:

  1. Please contact us by phone or email within 14 days of the goods being delivered.
  2. We will send you a returns form via email which you will need to complete and include a copy in with the item(s) you are returning.
  3. Items will only be eligible for a full refund providing they are in their original packaging and in perfect unused/unfitted condition. If the returned item(s) are not in saleable condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from a full refund to enable us to bring them back to a saleable condition.
  4. Return carriage is at buyer’s expense; if you would like us to arrange carriage for you, we can do so and deduct the cost from your refund. Alternatively, you are more than welcome to arrange shipping or return the item(s) in person.


All agreed refunds may take up to 30 working days to clear but are likely to be resolved within a working week.
